为方便买家退货，Shopee 现与 GoGo Xpress 合作推出到府取件退货服务。该服务目前仅供特定地区，买卖双方均可在 Shopee App 上查看退货进度。
非商城卖家请在 2 天内回应退货/退款请求。如接受买家请求，请点击同意提议（Accept Proposal）并确认退货地址。
💡 提供错误的退货地址将会被计 2 分。
您可以在卖家中心/Shopee App 查看退货包裹运送货态。
收到退货包裹后，请先检查商品状态并在 3 天内退款给买家（Refund）或发起争议（Dispute）。
商城卖家请于后台查看所有退货/退款请求。
常见问题
买家发货后我没有收到退货包裹怎么办？
如果您在买家发货 5 天后仍未收到退货包裹，请按下争议（Dispute）。
💡 如退货商品有误请及时提出争议，否则买家发货 6 天后系统将自动退款。
我需要支付退货运费吗？
💡 请确保您的卖家钱包有足够金额支付退货运费。余额不足或未在 1-2 天内支付相关费用将可能导致账号冻结。
买家如询问退货方式我该怎么做？
买家目前有 3 种退货方式：
GoGo Xpress 取件退货（Pick-up via GoGo Xpress）
J&T 自行寄件退货（Drop off via J&T）
买家自行安排退货（Self-arrange）
💡 如果使用 GoGo Xpress 取件退货 & J&T 自行寄件退货服务，买家无需提前支付运费，仅需提供 Shopee App 上的物流追踪码。如果自行安排退货（可使用任意物流）则需预付运费并在之后申请退款。
💡 If you use gogo Xpress pick-up and return & j&t self send return service, the buyer does not need to pay the freight in advance, but only needs to provide the logistics tracking code on shopee app. If you arrange the return of goods by yourself (you can use any logistics), you need to prepay the freight and apply for a refund later.Instagram likes cheap,free Instagram likes photo

GoGo Xpress 会尝试投递包裹几次？
针对本地卖家，GoGo Xpress 将尝试投递包裹 2 次并在投递前通过电话或短信与您联系。
🚛💨 无人领取的退货包裹将寄回 Shopee 总部。您可以在 14 天内发送邮件至下列申请取回包裹（请正确填写邮件主题）。
Subject: GoGo Xpress Reverse ACC Claiming
🚛💨 GoGo Xpress 将在每周二、四将退货包裹转移至 Shopee ACC 办公室，请等包裹完成转移后再取件。领取包裹时间限定为每周二、四（上午 11 点至下午 5 点），请携带有效身份证件。

选择 GoGo Xpress 取件退货服务的买家需上传寄件证明吗？
不需要，卖家可以直接在 Shopee App 上查看包裹运送状态。
